What is The World of More?
The World of More is the enhancement of the Comcast network to an all-digital platform. This network
upgrade delivers clearer picture and sound on all TVs and sets the stage for future products and
services. In order to receive the benefits of our network upgrade, a digital device called a Digital
Adapter will be required on all TVs that do not currently have a digital converter, or CableCARDTM device connected to them.
We’ve made it easy for you to order and activate this equipment.

What will it cost?
Limited Basic only customers are eligible to receive three (3) digital adapters without additional charge. A digital adapter charge of $0.50 will apply to each additional digital adapter.
All other customers are eligible to receive a digital converter included at no additional charge with their primary outlet. The digital adapter Additional Outlet charge of $1.99 per month will apply to each additional outlet using digital adapter service. Certain markets may have alternative pricing.

When is this happening?
When you receive the notice that the upgrade is about to begin in your area, be sure to contact us as soon as possible so you're ready for the change.
How will you get any new equipment?
Just Click or Call. Install. That’s all! As soon as you receive notice that your neighborhood is upgrading, take action in one of the following ways:
- Log onto the website or call 1-877-634-4434, and follow the simple prompts.
- Answer 2 simple questions.
- Select the right service for your TVs.
- Decide how to get your new devices (by mail or in person).
- When you receive your device, follow the installation steps in the enclosed instructions. It's that easy.
